Delete your Audette account

You can permanently delete your Audette account and associated personal data either in the app or by emailing Audette support.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Audette and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

You can download a complete machine-readable backup from Settings before deleting your account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@audette.app from the email address associated with your Audette account. Use the subject Delete my Audette account.

We will reply if we need to verify that you own the account and will confirm when deletion is complete.

What deletion does

Your Audette account and associated personal data are permanently deleted, including your listening data, lists, wishlist entries, podcast follows, preferences, and uploaded cover images. Audette does not retain that account data after deletion is complete.

Deleting your account does not refund an Audette Plus purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, and their transaction records are governed by their own retention policies. Request any refund through Apple or Google before deleting your account.
